Yellow Pages Integrated Media Association

American Management Association (AMA), the world’s leading membership-based management education and development organization, and the Yellow Pages Integrated Media Association (Yellow Pages I.M.A.®), the industry trade organization of print and electronic Yellow Pages publishers and marketers, have formed a national alliance to provide business and management training for Yellow Pages I.M.A. members.

The partnership, announced at the Yellow Pages I.M.A. Annual Conference and Exhibition in San Diego, March 7–10, 2004, provides Yellow Pages I.M.A. members with access to all business education products, services and resources offered by AMA, including nationwide and customized seminars, research and surveys, articles and other editorial resources and certain special member benefits.

Through the alliance, AMA and Yellow Pages I.M.A. will provide Yellow Pages members with the tools, knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in today’s challenging business environment. As these members look to grow and improve their businesses, they will now have AMA’s expansive professional training and development resources to equip their employees with critical skills, business behaviors and new perspectives.
