Lee Weisman | Sales Director
For over fifteen years, Lee Weisman has worked in the Yellow Page industry. He began his career as an account executive for Image One, a Yellow Page and website design agency. While working with Image One, he sold and developed ad designs in print and Internet for million dollar corporations.
Following this, he founded New Dimension M&R in 1996. New Dimension M&R started off as a Yellow Page and website design firm. In the year 2000, the firm, was launched to become a Certified Marketing Representative (CMR). In this capacity, the firm became a multi-media corporation placing Yellow Page, Internet, TV, radio along with billboard and other products.
Determination, quality and hard work have been the hallmark of Lee Weisman. Lee is seen by his peers as a successful entrepreneur as well as a visionary. While continuing to provide excellent service for his clients, Lee has repositioned the firm toward search engine marketing, including pay per click campaigns, and search engine optimization services.
Janice Weisman | National Sales Representative
Janice Weisman has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing. As a Sales Associate for New Dimension Advertising, she oversees all aspects of a client’s advertising. Janice focuses on multi-media campaigns from mobile cell phones, TEXT, social media, yellow page print, TV, radio, billboards, Internet, website design and development. Janice believes in tracking all types of media while continually fine tuning the campaigns to grow and develop the business to its strongest potential.
Janice values advertising in the right media for the customer that is ready to buy. She believes in quality and building long-term relationships with all of her clients. Her strong interpersonal and leadership skills give her the ability to successfully manage multiple marketing media while keeping a strong hold on her ability to resolve problems effectively and creatively. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and energy lead others to give their best efforts and helps keep the effective quality of New Dimension Advertising successful and growing.
In addition, she is part of the general management team for New Dimension Advertising from training of sales associates; focusing in the Human Relations Department and creating company change and growth objectives.
Prior to her work at New Dimension M&R, Janice worked for Astra USA in pharmaceuticals for over eight years. She won President’s Club in New York, Oklahoma and the Texas territories. Janice was the first person in the United States to sell Naropin and get it approved by multiple hospitals in New York. She was a trainer for the new sales associates and wrote sales training newsletters. Janice was a part of the control panel for marketing of the pharmaceutical products.
Personal:
Janice graduated with a BS degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Business from Colorado State University.
She enjoys staying active by working out, going for hikes and roller blading. While she is not working with New Dimension she is spending time with her husband Lee and her son, Stone.
Specializes in self storage facilities and is an owner of facilities in Louisiana and Texas.

Mark Flanagan | National Sales Manager
Mark Flanagan has been working in the Yellow Page advertising field for over twenty years. For fifteen years, he worked at Image One, a Yellow Page and website design firm. He was the National Sales Manager and led a team of eight sales people. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, he sold ad designs and assisted in developing ad campaigns. As time progressed, he became an account manager for over 100 accounts. Following this, he was employed at Verizon Yellow Pages (Idearc) where he excelled at selling print ads in the San Diego County directories.
Currently he is the number one sales representative at New Dimension M&R. His customers and friends, call him “Ace”. Mark’s ability to meet the client’s needs and focus in on their target market gives him the ability to move their campaigns quickly forward with strong returns on their investments.
Personal:
Academically, he holds a BS in Marketing from San Diego State University and an MBA from Boston University.
Mark Flanagan lives in a canyon home in San Diego with his wife Sylvia and mother in law Barbara. His hobbies include home improvement, ballroom dancing and reading. He is active in physical fitness program, lifts weights and does aerobics weekly.
Matt Schwarzmann | Senior Account Manager
Matt has been working for New Dimension M &R for the past eight years as a National Account Manager. Matt is responsible for working directly with clients across the country to develop the most effective strategic marketing programs with Yellow Page and Internet advertising as well as with other forms of media. His strengths include establishing strong client relationships along with his impeccable attention to detail for their campaigns.
Prior to New Dimension, Matt relocated from the Midwest in 2000. Matt worked for Taylor Made Adidas Golf where he helped develop Team Sales programs for High School and collegiate golf teams nationwide. He was also a vital part of the logo golf ball division.
Personal:
Matt earned his undergraduate degrees in Marketing Management and Sales Management from The University of Akron, OH.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing golf, remodeling his home and enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather.
Nicole Paprocki | Account Manager
Nicole Paprocki has worked with New Dimension in many capacities from art designer, account developer, Internet specialist to becoming a National Sales Manager. Nicole’s “can-do” attitude has led her into developing campaigns for clients that implements, “call to action” statements, call tracking, and organization of their cost analysis and expenditures.
Personal:
Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2007. While attending Colorado University she was the philanthropist for the Chi Omega Sorority and raised money for her sorority while contributing to the Susan G Komen Foundation for Breast cancer.
Nicole enjoys going to the beach and being outdoors. You will see her either hiking, biking or running in Cardiff by the Sea. Nicole believes in holding strong family ties visits frequently to Colorado.
Aron Yu | Internet Marketing Director, SEM, PPC, Social Media Advertising
Aron Yu has more than 7 years of experience in website design and Internet marketing. As a website design and Internet marketing specialist at Einstein Industries, Thinkbig Media, and Infatex, Inc., Aron has been responsible for managing SEO and PPC (pay per click) development, and has proven his expertise in social media marketing, website design and development, email marketing, and a variety of other fields.
Aron holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Studies from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia; an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego Mesa College in California, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts (ICAM) from the University of California at San Diego.
Aron forte is “Whoever has will be given more, and he will have abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him”. Aron wants to be a pastor in the future, not one for a specific religion but one that preaches “life, love and abundance”.
